- 2 packages spinach
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1 cup parmesan, grated
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Sauté the garlic in a small pot then add your whipping cream. Stir until the cream thickens, then add the rest of the ingredients into the pot. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
